2-Methylsulfanyl-pyrimidine-4-carbaldehyde (also known as MTMM) is an organic compound. The following is a description of its nature, use, preparation and safety information:
Properties: 2-Methylsulfanyl-pyrimidine-4-formaldehyde is a colorless liquid with a special smell. It is soluble in water and many organic solvents at room temperature. This compound is corrosive to a certain extent.
Application: 2-methylsulfanyl-pyrimidine-4-formaldehyde is mainly used as chemical reagent and intermediate.
